Welcome to register for the ECIM 2018 Conference

Conference Fee is NOK 6.620,- ex. VAT. The final sum incl. VAT for both Conference Fee and hotel accommodation will be shown at the end of registration and in your confirmation email. 

Hotel room rates are NOK 1.395,- for single room and NOK 1.695,- for double room incl. VAT.

We have prepared for 4 choices for hotel room bookings depending on when you plan to arrive and depart (You tick off for each of the nights you wish to stay). 

You may extend your stay in addition to the choices below by contacting the hotel directly. Conference rate will also apply for any extended stay. 

Room prices above are incl. VAT and include breakfast and WIFI.
The double room rate includes two persons.

The conference hotel is close to be fully booked. When this happen you will then automaticly get accommodation at Thon Hotel Saga, a 5 minutes walk from the conference hotel.
