We’re so excited that you want to volunteer at this year’s festival!
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. We’ll review your application, and by March 5th, everyone will have received an answer on whether they have been accepted as a volunteer or not.
All the information you need about volunteering at Trevarefest can be found here. Please take a moment to read through the conditions and details about the different categories and assignments before registering. Don’t forget to prioritize three categories below. We’ll do our best to assign you to one of your preferences, but we can’t guarantee it.
If you’d like to work alongside a friend, sibling, or family member, let us know in the form, and we’ll try to pair you together. Please make sure that you all select the same category for volunteering to increase the likelihood of being scheduled together.
The registration is binding, so make sure you’re available in Henningsvær during the festival dates:
July 28–30, 2025
or July 24–31, 2025, for “Arena, Rig & Construction Crew” and "Deco Crew"
or July 27–30, 2025, for “Artist Host” and “Production Crew”.
Key Information:
Volunteer spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spots are taken, we’ll create a waiting list.
